![]() SpecialistGuy never claimed to be answering the question, he was just replying to someone who had tried to be helpful and answer the question which you didn't bother to answer. ![]() ![]() 'This answer is not helpful to the question' is not helpful to the question, ironically. You're literally planning on getting an antivirus to disable the antivirus that's already on your computer that suffices anyway. I doubt so many people would recommend something that's using '100%' of their CPUs.įinally, I would've ignored your comments, had you not sounded sarky/like a know-it-all. Go to any post, anywhere online, that asks/discusses what the best antivirus is (free or otherwise), and at least half of the replies are saying Windows Defender is the best option. Have you considered that they may have fixed any CPU usage problems that very well may have been a thing (I do believe you, dw)? open rn and I'm at about 5% CPU usage, give or take.ġ00% usage from Defender alone? Lmao you said you haven't used an antivirus in over 5 years, yet you're acting like you know everything about Defender. I have Chrome (RAM whore mainly tbf), Steam, Spotify, Tomb Raider 2013, and several other background apps for lighting, headset, drivers etc.
